Knitting oils for woven and knitted fabrics
Chemical compounds are used in the spinning process, applied to the fibers in the amount of 2 to 5% by mass. Thanks to this procedure, the subsequent steps in the manufacture of the yarn are much easier. The most commonly used oils are mineral, silicone and aromatic hydrocarbons, which are completely removed from the yarn during post-processing.
